Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Exclusions: Personalized, customized, or final-sale items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. Additionally, ribbons, handcrafted wreaths, and floral designs are not eligible for returns.
   

Steps to Return

1. Contact Us: Please email customercare@inspiredhomesbycricket.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to ship the item(s) back.

3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or the wrong item was sent.
    

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.​

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide photos of the damage along with your order details, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
